The Random Tape 50 SB self-dimensioning tape-sealer is a semi-automatic machine that seals with self-adhesive tape the top and bottom of American-style variable-size boxes. In the work cycle, the operator squares the box by folding the lower flaps to proceed with filling, after which he closes the upper flaps and pushes it into the machine. The sizing of the machine is activated with respect to the size of the box.
GENERAL FEATURES
The box is moved forward by two lateral belts which transport it towards the 2 taping heads. As it passes towards the latter, the box is simultaneously taped at the top and bottom. The result is a perfect alignment of the flaps and thus optimal sealing by the high-performance taping head. The taping machine is equipped with infeed and outfeed roller conveyors.

La nastratrice autodimensionante Random tape 50 SB è una macchina semiautomatica che sigilla con nastro autoadesivo la parte superiore ed inferiore delle scatole di tipo americano a formato variabile. Nel ciclo di lavoro l’operatore squadra la scatola piegandone le falde inferiori per procedere al riempimento, dopodiché chiude le falde superiori e la spinge all’interno della macchina. Si attiva il dimensionamento della macchina rispetto alla misura della scatola.

L’avanzamento della scatola avviene grazie a due cinghie laterali che la trasportano verso le 2 teste nastranti. Durante il passaggio verso queste ultime, la scatola viene nastrata simultaneamente sia nella parte superiore sia inferiore. Il risultato che si ottiene è un perfetto allineamento delle falde e quindi una sigillatura ottimale effettuata dalla performante testa nastrante. La nastratrice è corredata di rulliere in ingresso ed in uscita.
