Used Simonazzi Europa Isobaric Monoblock 48/8/8


Suitable for the production of beer, sparkling wine, soft drinks (both carbonated and non-carbonated), and mineral water, in glass containers ranging from 130mm to 350mm in height. The monobloc consists of a filling carousel with 48 Simonazzi Eurostar model taps, featuring entirely new pre-evacuation, vacuum, self-levelling, and snifting processes. The bell rods are electropolished for perfect sliding and extended durability.

The filling valves are equipped with a double seal to accommodate both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages.


It includes a vacuum pump with a water-cooled ring. The filling bell, capable of withstanding 7 Bar of pressure, is mirror electropolished internally with an incline for maximum sanitization. The 48 pistons are brand new, made of stainless steel, as are the sliding bars and bearings.


The central distributor of the Simonazzi Eurostar features sliding guides and ceramic seals. The filler is adjustable with an automatic pneumatic system, including new nickel-plated reducers and stainless steel worm screws. It features a bottle bursting system with associated washing nozzles for the pistons, taps, and bell.


All gears, reducers, and motors are new and have been coated with a thick layer of nickel.


The turntables for both the filler and the two cappers are new.


The new base is made entirely of thick stainless steel, designed for ultra-clean conditions to ensure maximum sanitization.


Cappers


The Used Simonazzi Europa Isobaric Monoblock includes two cappers, each with 8 heads. The first is a 26mm crown capper by Simonazzi, also fully nickel-plated with new components. The second is a Zalkin for 28mm aluminium ROPP caps Tallog, with heads also by Zalkin. Both cappers feature electric height adjustment and come equipped with a mechanism to operate independently or together as needed.


The Simonazzi Eurostar monobloc is designed for continuous operation and to have a very long lifespan, both in terms of maintenance and overall machinery life. The machine comes with numerous spare parts, all selected and organized in a special cabinet.


The Used Simonazzi Europa Isobaric Monoblock is currently complete mechanically but requires electrical and pneumatic systems, which can be customized according to specific needs, such as format changes.
