In 1999 Mr. Dariusz Telka opened DiMN Scaffolding Co in Germany. The main range of its activity was thermal insulation, assembly and disassembly of scaffoldings. Thanks to a dynamic development, the company was transferred to Poland in 2006.

With the emerging of DiMN Scaffolding Co in Poland, the offer of our products has been expanded. The main activity has become sale and rental of scaffoldings. In addition to this, well-qualified and highly experienced staff provide service of assembling and disassembling. Initially, our actions were aimed at the market of Lower Silesia, because of our office location in Cieśle, near Oleśnica. Well considered strategy based on high-quality products has enabled us to grow rapidly, increase the range of offer and broaden our activity for the entire country and abroad. The next big step in the development of our company was to open two branches, one in Warsaw and one in Cracow. This operation allowed us not only to reduce the costs of supply to customers, but also enabled customers to see our products by themselves, without forcing them to travel through the entire country.

This sequence of events led to the fact that in short time we have become the leader in the market of scaffolding suppliers in Poland. Being aware of the expectations imposed on the leaders in our industry, we have decided to go further in the development of our company. Dariusz Telka, the chairman of DiMN Scaffolding Co, seeing a huge potential in NOVA-TECH – the leader among manufacturers of scaffoldings - decided to buy shares. The common strategy of both companies caused that we have become the exclusive distributor and strategic partner of NOVA-TECH.

Wanting to emphasize all the changes that have occurred since the foundation of our company, we kindly inform that:

Thanks to the combination of mutual experience and professional cooperation, DiMN Scaffolding and NOVA-TECH, trying at the same time to emphasize the modernisation that take place within our company, we are pleased to announce that with effect from 03.03.2014 DiMN Scaffolding Company changed its name to SLV Group. Along with a new name, a new corporate identity has been introduced.

Changing the name of the company is a consequence of the transformations that have taken place in our business. As a leader and an expert in the field of sales of scaffoldings, we continuously want to expand the complexity of our offer, to acquire new knowledge and experience. It should be emphasized that the change of our name does not carry any civil - legal consequences, both for workers and consumers, and is an expression of a new stage of our development and new business area.
